We have introduced a brand new product to our existing range of LED strip.

LEDline™ COB single colour 24V super bright LED strip is ideal for when LED strip with a higher lumen output is required. The COB features a run of continuous light, eliminating LED hot spots and providing a different look compared to standard LED strip.

With the colour temperature ranging from 2700K - 4000K this flexible LED strip comes with 3M™ self adhesive backing and has low power consumption of 10W per metre. The range also features an IP67 version for use in bathrooms, kitchens or other damp environments.

There are LEDLine™ COB IP67 Strip Connector Kits available should you wish to extend lengths.

Kitchen

The beauty of this strip is that there are no dots as it is one continuous stream of light, meaning that it is ideal for any strip lighting that homeowners want on display. For example, grooves on the floor or stairs could be fitted with this strip, providing some uplighting, or even on the kitchen worktop surfaces.

It can also be used for adding practical task lighting to a kitchen by brightly illuminating work areas that are often darkened by shadows from overhead lighting. This strip is perfect for this use as there will be no individual points of light on reflective surfaces compared to others.

Kitchen islands where LED strip lights are used along the plinth can create an almost floating effect as well as draw attention to the stylish flooring. Adding LED lighting to a kitchen plinth will open up a room and make it look bigger, so placing LED strip all around it, including the kitchen island, will illuminate what is normally a dark area, flooding the floor with light.

Another area where smart strip can be added is in glass-fronted kitchen cupboards and display cases, illuminating objects and creating a contemporary look.

Cinema Room

Adding LEDLine COB to a cinema room enables key areas to be highlighted. It can be placed on the edge of stairs, for example, to ensure easy access and visibility.

It could also be used to add brightness around a TV/ screen, behind drop ceiling boxes and other features.
