Aurora has officially reopened the doors to its newly refurbished main office, bringing all departments together under one roof in a bold move to enhance teamwork, innovation, and employee wellbeing.
The upgraded space boasts a modern design, complete with sleek panelling, a vibrant new colour scheme, and botanical features such as an abundance of indoor plants. Aurora has also installed its own cutting-edge UGR19 lighting throughout the office, ensuring optimal visual comfort and energy efficiency for all staff.
The decision to relocate all teams into a single, larger space reflects Aurora’s commitment to a more unified and collaborative work culture. By encouraging cross-department interaction and providing a thoughtfully designed environment, the company aims to inspire greater creativity and productivity.
“This refurbishment is the next step in our progression and enables us to showcase more of the fantastic solutions we offer” said Matt Burton, MD at Aurora. “It’s more than just a redesign, it’s about creating a space where our people can thrive together, inspire ideas and feel better”
The new-look HQ is now fully operational and already buzzing with energy as teams settle in and start making the most of the refreshed, forward-thinking workspace.
