Whilst we continue to experience a period of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, we want to reassure you that Aurora is taking this very seriously and, following German Government and Public Health guidance, has implemented several measures across our business.
Wellbeing, Health & Safety
Our ultimate priority is the wellbeing of our employees and customers. Therefore, within the past couple of months we have introduced an increased regular and enhanced cleaning regime across all our sites, and placed hand sanitation stations and disinfectant wipes around our offices and warehouses. Furthermore, door handles, work spaces and any touch points are also being cleaned hourly. All face to face meetings and events that are non-essential, along with national or international travel, have been cancelled, with remote activities taking their place. In line with the latest Government advice we can also confirm that 100% of our office based staff are now working from home.
The warehouse and production departments remain open and social distancing measures have been taken to minimise any risk to our employees.
Continuing To Trade
We are pleased to be able to reassure you that we are open and conducting business, until and if the Government advises otherwise. We are fully stocked and our aim during these challenging times is to continue to deliver a high level of service and to make sure that your orders are completed and delivered as required.
Should you need to contact us for any reason, our customer services team is still available to take your calls or emails during normal business hours.
At our collection points, we have enhanced hygiene measures and are maintaining distance working practises.
Sales Teams & Meetings
Our field sales teams will now be keeping in touch with our wholesaler customers via telephone and email, and trips to offices and counters have been put on hold for the moment in line with Government advice.
