NEW Revolutionary CRI90 Colour & Wattage Switchable Fire Rated Downlight

LED lighting specialist Aurora Lighting has bolstered its popular RSeries™ with the introduction of a new CRI90 offering.

The R6 CRI90 is thought to be the first CRI90 fire-rated colour and wattage switchable downlight that is available through the trade route to market.

CRI80 is the standard expectation, yet there is a growing demand for the increased quality and clarity of light that CRI90 can deliver. This is particularly becoming increasingly popular amongst homeowners who want colours and designs to appear as crisp as possible.

The R6 CRI90 will offer all of the same great benefits as the existing RSeries. An IP65 rated downlight, the RSeries has been developed with the contractor in mind; designed with a FastRFix connector for an extremely easy and quick install. A screwless cable strain relief allows for the simple close of the cap to secure the cables in place for a fully tool free installation.

The RSeries downlights have a slim height of 50mm, making them ideal for low ceiling voids. Supplied with a white IP65 polycarbonate bezel, other colour options are available to purchase separately – matt black, polished chrome and satin nickel.

The range, including the new R6 CRI90 offer a 40,000 hr lifetime and an generous 5-year warranty.

Having been fire tested, the RSeries are ready for use across a range of i-Joists, Metal Web and Solid Timber Joists. The downlight and driver are both insulation coverable.
